DVC EDIUS tutorial available from DVC Training

The EDIUS 8 tutorial is now available from DVC training.  I have completely remade the entire editing section of the tutorial which now includes information on lots of features which were not included in the previous version of the EDIUS tutorial.  I have also added in new chapters to cover recently added features such as optical flow slow motion and motion tracking in the mask filter.
