Remote support

I can offer support and training by remote control over the internet.  To do this I use a program called “Team Viewer” which is free for personal use.  You just need to download Teamviewer Quick Support: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe

You do not need to install this program, you just run it and let me know your ID number and password.  I can then log into your machine and control the mouse, adjust settings and install drivers.  Once you shut down Team Viewer Quick Support your machine can no longer be remote controlled and nothing is running in the background.

This can be used for either diagnosing problems or for training. I can also talk to you as I do the remote control either via the phone or by Skype.
