Update your VisTitle to a digital licence before the end of October

Just a reminder that the deadline to apply for a digital licence to VisTitle is approaching. You have until 31st October to apply for the digital licence. This is free and will allow you to get future updates for VisTitle. It does not stop your dongle working either, so there is no real reason not to do this.
